Cost of Attendance Adjustment Form
使用 Cost of Attendance Adjustment Form to request an increase in your budget to allow you to borrow to cover additional educational expenses such as a Jay Term trip or a computer.

使用 暑期援助申请 to request financial aid for summer classes. Additional institutional aid is not available for summer courses; however, you may be eligible for PA State Grant, 佩尔助学金, federal Direct student loans, or you may apply for a private loan. Your parent may also apply for a federal PLUS loan as long as you are enrolled at least half-time. If you wish to use federal aid during the summer term (Pell grant, PLUS or federal Direct student loan), your financial aid must be processed before the last day of classes of the summer term.

Students must now complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order for a parent to apply for a PLUS loan. A biological parent who wishes to borrow a PLUS Loan and is not the parent listed on the FAFSA must complete the 加上Pre-Application Form in order for an aid representative to verify his/her relationship to the student. In addition, a Direct PLUS Loan Request and MPN must be completed on www.studentaid.政府 借款人.
